Manage or cancel a subscription
Apple manages CISIO billing. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, then select CISIO. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. You can also use Manage or cancel subscription inside More.
Free-month eligibility
Eligible new subscribers receive one month free before the monthly renewal. Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility for each subscription group and shows the exact date and localized price before confirmation.
Restore a purchase
Open CISIO’s paywall or More and choose Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple Account that made the purchase. If Apple reports no active purchase, check the subscription in Apple Account settings before contacting us.
Export or erase local data
More contains Export my CISIO data and Erase all local data. Quotes, invoices and expense records also have dedicated PDF/CSV archive exports. Save exports somewhere you control before erasing or uninstalling CISIO.
Private AI download or performance
Private AI is optional. Use a stable Wi-Fi connection and keep enough free storage for the model. CISIO Core and the rest of the workspace continue to work if the download is cancelled, fails, or the model is removed. After a successful installation, inference works offline.
Invoices and business records
CISIO provides flexible fields and widely used PDF content, but legal, tax, e-invoicing, numbering and retention requirements differ by country and activity. Review local requirements or obtain professional advice before relying on a document for compliance.
