Optional website analytics
The official CISIO website uses Google Analytics for Firebase only after you select Allow analytics. If you accept, it records website visits, pages viewed, general device and browser information, referral source, approximate country and clicks on App Store links. It does not receive names, contact details, invoices, notes, financial records or any other information stored inside the CISIO app.
Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. Google processes the optional website analytics under its own privacy terms. Your choice is saved in this browser and can be changed at any time through Analytics choices in the website footer. Declining leaves analytics disabled.
Data stored on this device
The people, optional profile photos, projects, notes, interactions, follow-ups, revenue and expense records, optional receipt attachments, service and rate templates, sender details, saved quote and invoice documents, visible assistant conversations, onboarding choices and appearance preference you enter are stored locally on your device.
CISIO Core calculates verified answers locally. Private AI receives only a non-identifying coaching category and curated suggestions—not raw CRM records or saved conversation history.
Data sharing
CISIO does not transmit your CRM data, profile photos, receipts, quote or invoice documents, or questions. Documents and exports are created locally. Data leaves the app only when you deliberately share through Apple’s share sheet, send feedback, or contact support. The destination you choose handles that information under its own privacy terms.
Subscription and payments
Apple processes the CISIO subscription through your Apple Account. CISIO checks Apple’s signed purchase status to unlock access, restore purchases, show renewal information and protect your data after expiry. CISIO does not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password.
Optional Private AI download
If you choose Download Private AI, CISIO connects to Hugging Face to retrieve public model files. That service receives the ordinary technical information required for a download, such as the request and IP address, but CISIO does not include your people, notes, revenue, questions or assistant answers. After installation, Private AI inference works offline.
Retention, export and deletion
Local records, profile photos, receipt attachments and saved documents remain until you delete them, erase all local data from More, or remove the app. You can export complete CISIO data, document PDFs and registers, and expense and profitability registers with available receipts. You can clear conversations or remove the optional model separately. Export first if you need a backup.
If you email feedback or support, the message is retained only as reasonably necessary to review, answer and document it. You may request deletion by emailing cisio.app@gmail.com.
Permissions
This version does not request Contacts, your full Photos library, Location, Microphone, Camera or tracking access. Apple’s item picker grants access only to a photo or receipt you deliberately select. Optional work and free-trial reminders are created locally on the device.
Changes and contact
If a future app feature introduces cloud sync, app analytics or a new permission, CISIO will explain the change and update this policy before enabling it. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to cisio.app@gmail.com.
